What is the plan?

The road to Eagle is not an easy one. According to scouting.org, in 2019 only 8% of all scouts attained the rank of Eagle. There are many reasons that a scout may not reach this goal, but one thing is sure, if you don’t have a plan it isn’t going to happen.

Planning is an essential part of scouting and is encapsulated in the motto “Be Prepared”. There are many ways to plan and to be prepared. One of the simplest is to sit down and figure out what needs to be done and then build a To Do list of the items. The more detailed you can make your list the better. It will also help to put in deadlines to accomplish these tasks.
